“ Edited Review after they changed from Delmar Socal to Socal. The menu is still vegetarian friendly with clearly labeled items. We went as a group of 5 to celebrate a birthday and had a great time. Food, ambience, and service were excellent. On Thursdays they had an offer which the waitress didnt tell us about but we knew based on looking at their website. Check the offers out before going. The food was very good and vegetarian friendly. We ordered shishito peppers, dumplings, cinnamon roll, cauliflower fried rice, and quiche. Except for the fried rice, we loved everything else. The food was priced well too. The ambience of the place was extraordinary. ”

“ Pictures do not do this place justice. We experienced Del Mar for the first time last weekend, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The aesthetic is beautiful. Its definitely a highend feel without too high of a price point. We got the fried oysters and brussels for our appetizer and thought both were excellent. We chose the cripsy skate and the chicken sandwich for our entrees and they were excellent also. The service was wonderful. Our server was attentive, sweet, knowledgeable, and personable. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience, and Im sure we will be back! ”
“ Del Mar has to be one of my favorite restaurants in town. The food is amazing and the service is always great. I was finally able to catch the happy hour and I am so glad that I did. I tried almost everything on the menu! I tried the Fried Oyster, Potato Bread, Dynamite Roll, Barbacoa Taco, Del Mar Burger. Everything was hot and fresh and good! Our waitress was phenomenal , she allowed me and my guest to look through the menu. And just made sure we enjoyed our dinner. If you are looking for a sign to go to Del Mar! Look no further , this is your sign to go !! Cant wait to come back. ”
“ We stopped here on a recent New Years visit to Columbus. The place appeared to be very popular. Service was prompt. There is a lot of diversity on the menu. They had hey Google a good drink and wine selection but also had drink specials just for that night which included mixed drinks and Shirley temples. My wife and I both had a snapper special that they were very happy with. The portions were large. We had a couple of the oyster appetizer specials that night which were very good. We would definitely go back. ”
“ Every inch of this restaurant is full of intriguing I Spy esk feels. The food was delicious! Brussels Sprouts done perfectly, one of the empty plates, and a perfect blueberry lemonade mimosa! Clean bathrooms, warm monkey bread style cinnamon bread and a brightly lit dining room that seems it could fit any number of people! What more could I want from a big city, 1930s, train station styled eatery!? ”
“ What a great place Modern open decor with a cozy feel. They offer several Vegan and GF options, Our food was fantastic! We had the Fish Sandwich, Beef Chow Fung, and the 40 Yolk Tagliatelle. I tried them all and they were great. I had the Tropicalia Cocktail, it was refreshing and delicious. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend. ”
